Product return policy
 
1. Product return terms at Petsmart:
1.1. Petsmart, in accordance with the product return policy, gives you the opportunity to return the purchased product within two calendar days by following the rules below:
2. Product return rule and exceptions:
2.1. If you want to return the product, please contact the Petsmart Information Center in advance and inform about the return of the product;

2.5. Product return (transportation) is provided by Petsmart through its own and / or transport service subcontractor no later than five working days after the request is placed.
2.6. Upon return of the product, the product must be accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents transferred at the time of purchase (invoice, proof of payment, guarantee sheet, etc.).
2.7. Product return under these rules is possible if:
2.7.1. The product does not match the order or technical specifications posted on the website;
2.7.2. The product has a factory defect;
2.7.3. The product is damaged during transportation;
2.7.4. The agreed delivery time was violated by Petsmart;
2.8. Product return is possible independently of the above conditions if:
2.8.1. The factory packaging of the product is unopened, undamaged or;
2.8.2. If the factory packaging of the product is opened and the diagnosis shows that the product to be returned by the customer has retained all the functional characteristics and no visual defects are observed;
2.8.3. If the factory packaging of the product is damaged and / or as a result of the diagnosis it is determined that the product returned by the customer has retained all the functional characteristics, however, there is a visual defect (s) that is not caused by the customer.
2.9.1 Return rules do not apply to the following products:
2.9.2. 3. Remuneration rule:

3.1.3. Up to 90-100% if the product packaging of the product is opened and the diagnosis shows that the product returned by the customer has all the functional characteristics and no visual defects are observed, as well as all accompanying parts and documents handed over at the time of purchase (consignment note) , Proof of payment, guarantee sheet, etc.).
3.1.4. Up to 60-90% if the factory packaging of the product is damaged and / or as a result of the diagnosis it is determined that the product returned by the customer has retained all the functional characteristics, however, there is a visual defect (s).
3.1.5. If, as a result of the diagnosis, it is determined that the product to be returned by the customer has not retained all functional and / or visual characteristics and / or is not accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents (invoice, proof of payment, warranty sheet, etc.) Reserves the right not to return the product and therefore not to refund the amount paid for the product.
3.2. Refunds are possible only by non-cash payment by transferring the customer to the bank account.
3.3. Petsmart will reimburse the customer for the cost of the purchased product, in accordance with the rules and in the amount established by this article, within 15 working days, except 3.1.1. Of the case provided for in Article.

4. Procedure for reimbursement of the cost of transportation services:

5. Product Return Procedure:

5.2. Within 2 calendar days after receiving the product, the customer can place a request for a return of the product;
5.3. If the customer wishes to return the product within 2 calendar days after receiving the product, the customer must ensure the return of the product to the company within 2 calendar days after receiving the said wish. During this period, the consumer must ensure the safety of this product. The customer must not use and / or violate the product appearance of the product, otherwise the company reserves the right not to return the relevant product.
5.4.
